**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
With your exceptional and dynamic skill set, you will be instrumental in:
- Creation and implementation of High Jewellery educational and people development roadmap and strategy for internal boutiques and retail partners.
- Design and drive comprehensive High Jewellery learning programs to support Oceania strategic projects
- Monitor current talent performance, action plans and objectives with the retail team and the L&D team
- Support the organization of local and regional events
- Grow the visibility of the High End business in collaboration with the Commercial team
- Be an Ambassador of the Maison with the Local community
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**

- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role within luxury retail or a similar industry
- The ability to collaborate, present and influence a variety of stakeholders

- A strategic and proactive thinker who provides efficiencies and develops innovative approaches and ideas
- Agile and resilient in change
- Expertise in learning content creation and execution
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail.
