Manage a High-End Retail Store

We're seeking an experienced retail professional to oversee all aspects of our high-end retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales associates and support staff to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate inventory management and display products according to visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement in sales, customer service, and store operations.
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and promote the store's brand and products.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events and promotions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in high-end fashion or sneaker retail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
