Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing robust recruitment strategies targeting high-calibre MBA graduates and advanced degree holders from both local and international institutions.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for MBA and advanced degree candidates in alignment with organisational targets and global guidelines.
  • Collaborate with regional and global recruiting teams to ensure effective representation at key events and manage marketing initiatives across targeted business schools.
  • Manage the annual recruiting calendar for local MBA programmes, coordinating event logistics, consultant participation, and resource allocation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will bring proven experience navigating complex recruitment cycles within professional or financial services sectors. Your background demonstrates not only technical proficiency but also an empathetic approach when engaging diverse groups of stakeholders.

  • A minimum of three years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within graduate or professional services environments is essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement across multiple levels of an organisation enables you to build trustful partnerships that drive results.
  • Proven track record in event management or programme coordination allows you to deliver seamless candidate experiences during high-profile campus events or assessment days.
