Join a well-established firm with a beautiful and modern office located close to southern cross station. They have a very exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary to work on a part-time basis 3 days a week. This will be a job share role working alongside another wonderful Legal Secretary. You will provide administration support to the Tax Law Principle. (who is known to be passionate and dedicated to his work) and two lawyers.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Drafting and preparation of correspondence
- Diary management
- Preparation of monthly team billing
- Opening and closing of files
- Organising travel arrangements as directed
- Other ad-hoc duties as required

**About You**:
Previous experience as a legal secretary is essential to the role. Excellent communication skills are required along with a warm nature to suit this group. Naturally an eye for detail goes along way
