The College's Application Support Specialists are a critical part of our efforts to deliver technology capabilities that are supportive of our staff, our students, and our families.

Our Application Support Specialists often act as a bridge between our users and the technical world, and focus on supporting and upskilling our community to assist in them adopting new ways of working.

Application Support Specialists deliver training, provide one-on-one support to users, and assist in developing guides for new and existing systems.

As the College progresses through a significant period of technological change, our Application Support Specialists are some of our most high-profile and highly regarded IT staff.

**Tenure**
- ** Full-time, ongoing position**

**Selection Criteria**
- Bachelors degree in related field such as Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics
- Experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics users would be highly regarded
- An understanding of cloud computing fundamentals
- A working knowledge of database concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills amd attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
