Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own case queue efficiently using our Case Management System.
  • Act as a customer advocate, building strong relationships and ensuring needs are clearly communicated and addressed.
  • Collaborate with the team to analyse issues and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and mentoring for new team members.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with 5+ years of experience in supply chain or automotive product development, with strong ERP experience and understanding of business processes.
