Job Title: IT Application Support Specialist

The role of an IT Application Support Specialist is to deliver high-quality application support and services.

This involves understanding and implementing all Applications Support and IT Strategies and processes, ensuring seamless delivery and adoption.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing and adhering to all Applications Support and IT Strategies and processes.
  2. Supporting a range of applications including Project Pack, Project Cost Reporting, Collaborations Systems, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and others.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary Certificate or equivalent experience in administration.
  • Construction/Engineering Systems knowledge is desirable.
  • Understanding of the Software development lifecycle and user support.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance and reporting procedures and processes.
