We're looking for a someone with Human Resources experience to join Edgewell Personal Care - a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Bulldog Skincare, Jack Black, and recently acquired Billiejust to name a few).

Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?

Ideally you will have HR experience ideally gained within a commercial business.

In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:

- Experience operating independently at a HR Generalist level with operational administration experience
- Experience in employee relations, org design changes and recruitment
- HR system/data handling
- Influencing with managers and senior managers
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and cross-border virtual team
- Proven knowledge of local employment law and immigration rules
- Experience in working both cross functionally and multi-location /country Australia and New Zealand experience
- Presentation skills - ability to confidently present to the Leadership, wider Hub community and deliver training
- Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexible to work across different time zones and occasionally out of working hours
- Experience in using SAP SuccessFactors (desirable)
- Experience in working in a Global/International matrix organisation (desirable)
