We are looking for aHead of Eventsto drive the strategic direction of all Member Events for SANCTUM, some of which are delivered at HQ in East Melbourne and others at off-site locations around major Melbourne experiences, Interstate, and International Tours.
Leading a small events team, your role is to create events and experiences that are delivered with style and on budget, with a core focus on the member experience.
Research plays a vital role here— we want someone who is at the forefront of current events trends and has an eye on the future.
ABusiness Developmentfocus is essential, as you will lead sales of private events for our members.
The ideal candidate will haveSenior Event Leadership experience (5+ years)in Corporate or Sports & Entertainment sectors.
