Event Management Position

The Senior Manager, Events is a key role within our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have strong initiative, organisational excellence, time management and communication skills.

  • Managing financial records, processing invoices, tracking expenses and handling contract negotiations.
  • Overseeing financial aspects, including forecasting costs, tracking expenses and reconciliation activities.
  • Organising meetings, tracking deadlines, managing project timelines and distributing tasks
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management inc assisting with venue booking, vendor coordination and behind-the-scenes logistics
  • Ensuring permits, insurance and legal requirements are met while maintaining health & safety compliance. Overseeing event software, CRM systems and digital tools.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve document handling and system processes
  • Handling event-related documentation
  • Post-Event Evaluation & Improvement
  • Mentor and support the Event Managers and administrators

Please note, this is a permanent full-time position and requires travel and out of business hours work from time to time.
