**A little bit about the role**
We're looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, based in our South Melbourne office. You will support the delivery and enhancement of lifecycle, marketing automation and personalisation campaigns that deliver on the Loyalty and Personalisation team strategy. Day to day you will;
- Work with IT on the implementation of any new data integrations that will enrich customer profile, segmentation, personalisation and targeting
- Ensure that usage of marketing technology is monitored and reported upon
- Support Customer Service with requests relating to loyalty member records, vouchers, subscription status or privacy matters
- Utilise suite of marketing automation and CDP tools and other technology available to build and implement effective lifecycle customer journeys
- Participate in campaign workshops to outline new opportunities or define optimisations to existing campaigns
- Implement lifecycle optimisations within the marketing technology platforms, and brief analytics team on tests to determine results of experiments
- Monitor performance of campaigns against agreed success metrics
- Implement journeys that are best practice and allow for accurate measurement and reporting
- Implement control group that are the basis of incremental uplift in performance
