Your Role

Join us in this 15 month fixed term contract and lead the CRM strategy across our key audiences - consumer, trade, and specifier spanning Decorative and other business units.

This is a high-impact, specialist role at the heart of our marketing transformation. You'll drive upstream automation initiatives, unlock future capability growth, and play a critical role in shaping how we connect with our audiences. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead CRM & Automation Strategy: Drive the end-to-end CRM strategy across diverse audiences and business units, delivering best-practice automation workflows and data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver Operational Excellence: Ensure high-quality campaign execution, data governance, and platform efficiency (HubSpot), while collaborating across squads to enhance B2B and loyalty programs.
  • Empower Team & Stakeholders: Manage direct reports, educate stakeholders, and foster a culture of effective CRM delivery across marketing teams and business units.
  • Understand & Influence the Business: Proactively engage with DuluxGroup's complex operations to identify strategic opportunities and shape impactful marketing solutions.
  • Champion Safety & Culture: Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace by modelling DuluxGroup values, identifying risks, and supporting team wellbeing and integrity.

Skills & Experience
  • CRM Expertise: 6+ years of experience in CRM strategy and implementation, with hands-on proficiency in HubSpot and marketing automation platforms.
  • Compliance & Best Practice: Deep understanding of CAN-SPAM laws and best-practice approaches to email and SMS marketing, including design principles and content hierarchy.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong knowledge of data structures, integrations, and relationships, with the ability to translate analytics into actionable marketing insights.
  • Project & Detail Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and team leadership.
