We are urgently seeking an experienced Quality Controller for a temporary position located in Loganlea. Starting ASAP, you will be responsible for working effectively within a team to ensure finished products meets strict quality control standards.

We are looking for applicants with previous Quality Control experience, as well as:

- Strong computer skills in MS Office 365
- Ability to use specialised measuring equipment e.g. verniers, webster, protractors.
- Ability/willingness to learn to operate a manual overhead crane and upcut saw.
- Ability to identify and explain defect materials to correct departments.
- Good communication skills, and ability to acquire and retain knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively with the packing team to ensure smooth production flow, including working as a packer when required.

To be considered for this role you should have:

- A car and driver's licence
- Ability to work a rotating roster weekly (alternating day and night shifts)
- Physical fitness to complete the role.
- Ability to work independently effectively.
