QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER/3IC

Zoom Carwash is a dynamic leader in the Car Wash Industry in Brisbane with 2 sites located at Alderley & Holland Park.

Zoom Carwash specialises in Detailing, Tunnel Washing and uses the latest technology and techniques to deliver super clean cars in a super fast time, ensuring the highest quality results at a great price.

We are seeking a Quality Control Manager/3IC for our Alderley location for 40 hours per week.

Rotational Roster:
Week 1: Monday off, Tuesday on, Wednesday on, Thursday on, Friday off, Saturday and Sunday on.

Week 2: Monday on, Tuesday off, Wednesday on, Thursday on, Friday on, Saturday on, Sunday off.

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate staff in Detail and end of Tunnel Wash Areas
- Assist Manager with managing a team of up to 16 staff in a fast paced environment
- Perform all aspects of detailing
- Quality control management
- Customer service
- Job training
- Some sales duties

To be Considered for this Role:

- Be able to manage a team of up to 16 staff
- Quatlity control experience
- Worked a hands on roll in the past
- Machine cut and polish experience preferred but not essential
- Commitment & dedication to the role
- Ability to meet/exceed customer expectations
- Enthusiastic and happy disposition
- Able to work under pressure and to time limits
- Full Manual Drivers licence required

Training will be provided on day to day operations and various aspects of the business. **Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
