This role suits someone who thrives on keeping schedules tight, techs accountable, and clients happy.

Your day-to-day will be a mix of scheduling, communication, and coordination. You'll work closely with technicians, apprentices, and clients to keep everything running smoothly across our SA operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Dispatching and scheduling all service works, including breakdowns and PMs

  • Managing the daily calendar for techs and apprentices

  • Liaising with clients to provide updates and exceed KPIs

  • Ensuring all jobs are logged, scheduled, and progressing

  • Booking leave, training, and site inductions

  • Keeping all techs on jobs and schedules tight — no gaps

  • Service email management and follow-up

  • Managing Xero leave entries

  • Maintaining a clean and efficient job schedule daily

You'll be expected to take ownership, spot issues before they happen, and keep the team running like a well-oiled machine.

What you'll bring to the table

  • Experience in a service or scheduling admin role (ideally in construction/trades)

  • Strong communication skills — clear, calm, and professional

  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through

  • Confidence using job management platforms (SimPRO, Aroflo, or similar)

  • Comfortable juggling a busy inbox and multiple priorities

  • Experience with Xero is a plus
