**What we require**
We require an individual that can juggle multiple tasks and priorities, capable of stepping up and delivering across multiple disciplines. You will spend time working with our Corporate and D&T leadership teams supporting the Partner(s) with their day-to-day business. You must be personable, respectful, and a people-focused individual.
**Expected Duties**
As an Executive Assistant in the Digital & Technology Practice, you will:
- Work closely with the Leadership team to support the running of the Digital & Technology Practice
- Proactively review the Partner(s) diary, managing clashes and liaising with key stakeholders to move commitments
- Have an in depth understanding of key stakeholders and appropriate prioristisation of diaries
- Assist with arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes and identifying actions
- Support the D&T partners with their operational needs, working with the Operations Director
- Support the Partners with their D&T focused practice initiatives (e.g. Women in D&T, Reverse mentoring, Culture Committee, People initiatives, etc.)
- Support the partners with their whole-of Synergy accountabilities and initiatives (such as account planning meetings, innovation processes, business planning, etc.).
- Support D&T team meetings, including catering and room bookings
- Expense reconciliation for the Partner(s)
- Coordinating the adoption of corporate initiatives such as new policies, programs and systems to enable a whole of Synergy approach
- Capacity permitting, support business development/tender production and project activities by providing editing and formatting support and coordinating knowledge management tool updates
- From time to time (as a secondary role, capacity permitting) undertake aspects of event planning and coordination, including the planning, implementation and execution of the event - these may be internal or external marketing events that involve comms, events plans, promotional activities, etc.)
You will be able to demonstrate:
- A can do, growth mindset and positive attitude
- Extensive experience at managing and supporting a Partner/s and senior leadership in a fast-paced professional services environment
- Strong sense of accountability and commitment to support the timing and cadence of the D&T Partner/s Advanced interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to plan and manage work independently and be able to prioritise work and competing priorities under pressure
- Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive matters.
- People and services focused with a proven track record in developing relationships with stakeholders
- (Nice to have) Event management expertise and an understanding of current marketing concepts and principles including digital and social media marketing.
- Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Team player with demonstrated pro-activeness, adaptability to change and willingness to learn, share and develop
- Passionate, personable and strong personal presentation
**Additional Requirements**
You must also:
- Hold or be able to achieve an Australian Baseline security clearance (minimum).
