**As a grants Establishment Officer, you will provide a range of administrative duties and support to various stakeholders of the Health Grants Establishment team.**

- As an APS4 Establishment Officer, your daily priorities will be:

- Analysis of grant information and data that will enable the production of a suite of documents (Grant Agreements) to be provided to eligible service providers
- Complex data entry
- Assist with monitoring group mailboxes
- General administrative tasks as required
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Identify, document and escalate issues and risk
- Undertake a range of assurance functions to support the Health Grants Establishment team
- Contribute to a high-performing team culture that engages effectivity with change
- Demonstrate positivity and a solution-focused way of working to achieve results.
- Participate in business improvement projects that provide efficiencies with current business processes.

**Core Capabilities**
- Relevant skills to be an effective users of Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as good interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
- A willingness to seek support when needed and provide support to others when required
- Strong communication skills including the ability to adapt communication to the audience
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to identify learning opportunities and harnesses information and opportunities to enable business led enhancements.
