**About your new role**:

- Are you a creative, dynamic, and engaging educator? Lead our established team
- Work throughout the services within the region to help support the Area Manager and Coordinators
- Extensive training, onboarding and support
- Develop the programs you have always wanted with industry leading program planning tools
- Have fun, deliver amazing programs that guide children to explore, learn and play at TheirCare

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
- Execute on the planning cycle to deliver best in class program experiences
- Be the face of TheirCare in the school community. Create a positive relationship within the service community
- Support and guide your team of educators to support the service and community
- Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is ideal but not essential.
- Working towards or willing to enrol in an approved Diploma Level qualification.
- Completed a Diploma level qualification.
