**Job Title:** Mentor Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mentor Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and personal development of children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective mentoring programs that promote positive relationships between mentors and children.
- Work closely with area managers to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Educational Support or equivalent.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current approved First Aid Certificate / Asthma and Anaphylaxis training or willing to obtain.
- Strong understanding of 'my time, our place' and NQS.
- Effective communication skills - with families, staff, and children.
