Office Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our office operations, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver day-to-day office management activities and associated administrative functions.
  • Ensure adequate cleanliness, presentation and safety of the office environment.
  • Coordinate routine and ad-hoc maintenance activities with vendors.
  • Manage internal and external mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies, including ordering and distributing.
  • Support events and functions, including organizing venues, catering, invitations, and providing hands-on assistance.
  • Coordinate the archiving and retrieval of records, ensuring accurate logs are kept and records are secure and accessible.
  • Assist with general administrative duties across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role supporting day-to-day office operations and associated administrative duties.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build instant rapport and foster positive relationships.
  • Customer service mindset and ability to use initiative to problem solve.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Willingness to contribute in a supporting role and go above and beyond.
