**About the role**

Based at our Monarto South site, you will assist the WHS Manager to deliver site and national WHS objectives and contribute to Costa's positive and consistent safety culture by providing site based WHS and early intervention support to the business.

This role has a strong administrative focus and will include tasks such as ensuring the maintenance of safety and injury systems, safety procedures, registers and documents as well as assisting to complete WHS statistical reporting.

As a Safety Champion you will support the promotion of health & wellbeing programs as well as completing the administrative tasks associated in the Injury and Claims Management process.

**About you**

You are a passionate administrator that has a genuine interest in continuing a career in Work Health & Safety. You are keen to be a key contributor to a creating a positive safety culture on site, and will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

- Experience in a similar WH&S or business support role
- Health and Safety Qualifications - Minimum Cert IV (or willingness to complete)
- First Aid & CPR (desirable)
- RTW Coordinator qualification or willingness to complete
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent MS Office Skills in particular Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and document systems and process of work
- The ability to work autonomously within the role with mínimal supervision
- Genuine interest in WHS
- Demonstrated interest in and desire to support site wellness and team health programs and activities
- Unrestricted SA Driver's Licence
