**About The Opportunity**

An exciting position has become available for a WHS & Quality Administrator to join our Sydney head office based in Greystanes but we will be moving to Parramatta by October. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the National WHS & Quality Manager and will be responsible to coordinate and support the implementation of our health, safety and quality system and drive continuous quality improvements

**Your other duties will be including but not limited to**:

- Support management and branch network with the preparation of Safety communications, information, reports and the coordination of Quality and Safety initiatives
- Administer company Quality and Safety reporting and continuous improvement systems
- Support our Head Office QA Meetings and WHS Committee Meetings, conduct Workplace Inspections and internal Quality and Safety Audits as required
- Schedule and coordinate WHS and Quality training sessions for management and staff
- Administer Contractor Management System

**To be successful in this position, you will need**:

- Experience with WHS and Quality System Coordination or Administration within a medium to large business
- Conversant with current WHS legislation and ISO9001 Quality Systems
- Intermediate to Advance experience in using Microsoft suite
- Excellent communication skill with the ability to deal with various stakeholders
- Qualifications within quality and workplace health and safety would be advantageous
