**Your new company**

Our client is one of the largest councils in Australia, which provides community services and facilities for a growing population. They are looking to engage a Business Service officer for a temporary contract. This role is based in the south of Brisbane.

**Your new role**

Business Services Officers provide efficient administrative and systems support to the Development Assessment Branch, which ensures the effective delivery of our core services to the community. The environment in this role is dynamic and rewarding, with multiple competing demands, frequently changing priorities, and a high volume of diverse tasks. Business Services Officers need to be responsive, accurate and timely in the provision of service excellence to branch programs.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive experience in a fast-paced business administration environment delivering customer service to multiple teams.
- Highly developed organisational skills, with an ability to manage your workload and collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines.
- Highly developed oral and written communication, including consultation and negotiation with customers and stakeholders.
