We're recruiting permanent and temporary Service Delivery Officers in Queensland Shared Services in our Brisbane, Cairns, Gympie, Maroochydore, Robina and Toowoomba locations.

As a Service Delivery Officer, you will:

  • Deliver end-to-end transactional processing for QSS customers with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, adhering to the appropriate legislation and frameworks, operating to key standards.
  • Monitor and prioritise work queues to ensure that work is completed within agreed service levels.
  • Identify and resolve issues and errors within the transactional processing process.
  • Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders, and escalate issues as required.
  • Work collaboratively within the organisation to ensure a seamless service delivery experience and support team members and other teams where volumes exceed capacity.
  • Continuously review and improve transactional processing procedures and systems, identifying opportunities for process optimisation.

Please note: This position is part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) as part of the recent Machinery-of-Government changes. CDSB is currently in negotiations for a certified agreement to cover all CDSB employees. In the meantime, the Core Agreement conditions apply to this position.
