As a Business Services Officer in the QFleet team, you'll be responsible for managing incoming calls as well as providing high quality and effective administrative support to management and staff within the business.

Different ideas are considered, and information is shared and delivered clearly and succinctly, both orally and in written form.
**As part of this role, you will**: - Provide efficient and high standards of customer service to QFleet customers. Ensure high standards and accuracy when compiling documents and reports or updating records and information systems (i.e. in SAP, Bynx, Content Manager, and Microsoft Office). Undertake records management, archiving and destruction activities in accordance with departmental policy and Queensland State Archives retention schedule. Develop and maintain procedures, quality documents, manuals and registers while being a contributor to improving existing procedures. Effectively undertake general administration and financial and HR functions including travel coordination, record management, purchasing, telecommunications and ICT support. Demonstrate initiative and appropriately handling enquiries within expected timeframes. Demonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to the team and culture while being prepared to perform recurring work.
