Responsibilities
Help set creative direction and build strategic plans that prioritize the biggest opportunities for business results for both clients and Meta
Help build crucial relationships and influence with client teams across sales, creative, and agency — positioning Meta for success with large-scale companies
Educate, consult and scale creative solutions that inspire, influence and drive client objectives
Operationalize creative data, metrics and insights-driven approaches that identify the right creative challenges and blockers, track progress, and deliver long term sustainable progress
Learn fast to quickly decode and deploy emerging experiences at the speed of Meta technology
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience with a degree in marketing, communication, digital art, graphic design
Creative experience in performance marketing/advertising from working at creative agencies, in-house creative teams, platforms, tech companies, or non-traditional content creators
Experience in public presentation and influencing clients and agencies
Knowledge of AI solutions and tools for marketing and advertising
Hands-on experience building persuasive presentations, mockups and videos
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a creator on social media and experience collaborating with brands as a creator
Experience in vertical short form video and creator marketing across multiple industry categories
Understanding of measurement and experience learning new tools
Demonstrated experience navigating data dashboards, extracting insights, and using them to inform creative strategy
Experience in marketing and business in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) markets
