**Medical Affairs Director Australia & New Zealand Opportunity**

Norgine is a leading pharmaceutical company specialising in gastroenterology, hepatology, cancer and supportive care. We have direct commercial presence in all major European markets, Australia and New Zealand.

As a Medical Affairs Director for Australia and New Zealand, you will lead and develop the ANZ medical team to partner with local and global colleagues to drive effective medico-marketing strategies for the region.

The role involves developing and implementing high-quality key opinion leader initiatives, publications planning, and other communication tools aligned with cutting-edge medical practice in Norgine's therapy areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and develop the ANZ medical team
  • Partner with local and global colleagues to drive medico-marketing strategies
  • Develop high-quality KOL initiatives and communication tools

**Requirements:**

  • MBBS degree essential
  • Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs
  • Extensive leadership experience with strong ability to motivate teams

**Essential Skills & Abilities:**

  • Collaborative approach with ability to develop relationships across organisations and with key stakeholders
