**Community Fundraising Executive - Sports**

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Community Fundraiser to join a highly regarded fundraising team within a trusted and recognised brand.

Reporting to the Community Fundraising Manager - Sports, you will play a critical part in the execution and success of two
**signature peer-to-peer sports focussed campaigns;** the
**57 Squat Challenge** and
**Step up to Breast Cancer.** You will also support fundraisers registered for multiple runs like the City to Surf, treks and all other sports challenges with their fundraising efforts.

**You will be responsible for**:
**Fundraiser coaching** - Providing high quality phone based and online support to fundraisers, introducing proactive tactics to support individuals to exceed their fundraiser targets.

**Fundraiser engagement** - Assisting with on and offline fundraiser campaign tools and materials. Ensuring ongoing communications outside of campaign periods.

**Retention & Reporting - **you will ensure the high quality supporter journeys are functioning smoothly. Providing insights from fundraiser feedback as well as creating activity impact reports to highlight success and gaps in the communications.

**Copywriting** - Creating copy and content across the campaigns.

**Future pipeline** - Identifying and nurturing relationships with fundraisers that show potential for upgrade to other fundraising programs.

**Brand Awareness** - Representing NBCF at external physical and online streaming events where required.

**Your skills & attributes**
- Relevant experience in a professional fundraising role (community fundraising, campaigns, digital campaigns)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise & multitask
- Highly developed communication skills
- The confidence to make phone calls to influence & engage
- Tech Savvy - digital marketing / campaign analysis skillset. Confident using CRM systems (Raisers Edge or similar), for tracking and reporting
- Availability to attend some fundraising events outside of business hours, occasionally interstate.

This role will suit an experienced Community Fundraising Coordinator or Officer looking to step in to a larger portfolio or an experienced Community Fundraising Executive looking to join a well established program. Although very established and successful, there is also room for improvement and new product development across the program.
