Developing Impactful Fundraising Strategies

We have created new fundraising roles across our team as we scale up our efforts to combat hunger. If you are passionate about creating opportunities for individuals and corporations to engage with our cause, join us on this exciting journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop, and deliver comprehensive fundraising plans to grow existing and develop new opportunities
  • Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies, managing associated budgets and income
  • Collaborate with external partners to create and execute mid to large-scale fundraising events and campaigns (across traditional and digital channels) that could have local, regional, and national reach
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including community organisations and supporters
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure strategic communication plans are created to promote fundraising activity effectively
  • Manage a team of professionals and build a highly motivated and passionate fundraising team

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and managing fundraising campaigns
  • Demonstrated track record of managing initiatives across a range of channels, including digital products
  • An innovative, creative, and data-driven approach to fundraising with a passion for developing new fundraising products
  • Experience in setting and managing supporter journeys and communication plans
  • An understanding of how to attract, retain, and motivate supporters
  • Ability to manage a team member and motivate and engage them
  • Experience of being an ambassador and building strong working relationships, internally and externally
