This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who is well driven and has a willingness to develop, works well autonomously and wants to succeed in a fast-paced environment.Reporting to the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:Processing and managing invoices and paymentsReporting and maintaining accurate recordsReconciling supplier statements and investigating any discrepanciesAccounts Payable inbox managementAssist with Month-end reporting and close processesLiasing with internal and external stakeholdersProcessing a high number of invoices a monthAssist the broader Finance team with ad-hoc accounts dutiesTo be considered for this role, it would be advantageous to have:Minimum 3+ years of work experience as an Accounts Payable OfficerBlue Card/Working with Children Check – either have one or the ability to get oneOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge on multiple large, automated accounting softwares highly desirableStrong computer skills, particularly on Microsoft ExcelHigh problem-solving skills and solution-focussed mindsetIf this opportunity sounds like your next move and aligns with your values, please do not hesitate to get in touch
