Accounts Payable & Administration Officer based in Brisbane CBD

**Your new company**:
This important Not for Profit organisation are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 weeks approx. Based in Brisbane City, the office is easily accessible by public transport.

**Your new role**:
Supporting the finance team, you will be responsible for the following:

- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Assisting prepare payment runs
- Supplier reconciliations
- Handling incoming calls and answering the door
- General office duties

**What you'll need to succeed**:
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

- Experience in Accounts Payable
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Available to commence immediately
