**The Opportunity**

If you're looking for a non-traditional finance role then you may want to take a bite in to this.
An exciting opportunity has become available in our logistics business as a Supply Chain Finance Analyst. This role will give you the opportunity to work cross functionally as the key finance business partner in the logistics division of Arnott's and play an active role in finance and reporting with a large focus on implementing process improvements.

**The Accountabilities**
- Ensure the delivery of accurate and insightful financial information to facilitate informed decision-making within the logistics operations and supply chain finance.
- Own the month end Supply chain process with a focus on Logistics, and total ANZ COPs position.
- Lead transformation initiatives by standardizing and automating critical reports and dashboards to provide effective visibility over supply chain performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the logistics team leveraging financial expertise to influence and guide decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders at executive levels to actively influence day-to-day decisions, offering strategic financial guidance that contributes to the overall success of TAG.

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, commerce, finance or related field. CPA/CA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior role across commercial/finance/business partnering role, preferably within FMCG or Supply chain.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset, with a focus on driving financial initiatives that contribute to the overall success of TAG.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven approach to achieving financial goals.
