About the Role

We are seeking a commercially-minded and hands-on Operations Finance Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will report directly to the ANZ Head of Commercial & Operations Finance and be responsible for driving financial performance and value creation across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will work closely with both financial operations and commercial insight to drive business outcomes. As a trusted partner to the leadership team, they will ensure strong governance while driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with group financial accounting policy, including P&L and balance sheet management and control across all manufacturing sites.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and manage the operational budget, and work with external auditors to maintain accurate records.
  • Influence and drive improvement of cash and cost while ensuring productivity is identified and delivered.
  • Monitor KPIs (financial and non-financial) informing CFO and CEO of performance and risk.
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching and development while ensuring team members are aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in finance management - operations with analytical experience in a consumer product, supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Solid experience with forecasting, reporting and data analysis; ability to draw insights and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Commercial and strategic thinker; P&L and cash flow understanding.
  • Ability to get hands dirty and thrive in transforming ANZ operations.
  • Resilient with a growth mindset.
