**About the Opportunity:**
The National Supply Chain Finance Business Partner forms part of the market finance team, providing financial and commercial support to Operations/Logistics and Business Leadership teams to drive long-term profitability. This role provides financial expertise and support to supply chain finance, commercial finance, and broader operations and logistics leadership teams.
**Key Responsibilities include:
- Coordination and management of S&OP process for Supply Chain.
- Determining key cost drivers and measuring performance against targets.
- Providing insightful commentary on financial performance, identifying opportunities to drive EBIT improvement. Clear communication of results to the business across conversion costs, waste, production volumes, and working capital.
- Scenario modelling within Supply Chain.
- Completing Inventory Management and Monthly management reporting.
- Preparing financial forecasts and understanding gaps to budget, including risks and opportunities.
- Providing business partnering support to the Supply Chain function.
- Preparing business case financials for national operations projects, ensuring key risks and alternatives are considered.
- Monitoring financial performance against key national operations and logistics projects and programs of work.
- Degree Qualified (Commerce or Finance) essential.
- CA/CPA or MBA qualification desired.
- 3+ years analytical business partnering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience and/or understanding in manufacturing and logistics environments essential.
- Management accounting experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organisation and external parties.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management.
- Self-motivation and good organisation skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team.
