- As an established pilates studio, STRONG Pilates Caroline Springs are on the hunt for a superstar Studio Manager, that will run the daily operations of the studio, while bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.

**Qualifications - MUST HAVE**: Current First Aid & CPR
- (Desirable) 6+ months of group fitness teaching experience.
- (Desirable) Two years Fitness Studio Management experience
- (Desirable) Familiarity with Hapana
- (Desirable) Experience in sales and lead generation.

**AND** **at least one of the following**:

- Cert 3 & 4 in fitness;
- Pilates teaching certificate;
- Lagree training certificate;
- Cert 3 & 4 in dance;
- Diploma or bachelor degree in appropriate field (exercise/sport science).

**STRONG ACADEMY**

**To be considered for the role, you must be able to attend ALL of the following STRONG Academy dates in Caroline Springs**:

- Attend 5 Strong classes prior to commencement of Academy. We will organise complimentary classes at your closest studio;
- Complete set community classes alongside an experienced Instructor, to learn the STRONG way;
- Week 0 - online (complete from home)**:45min online quiz to complete between 7th July -13th July 2025;
- Week 1 - face to face (Port Melbourne): 18th -21st July 2025;
- Week 2 - face to face (Port Melbourne): 25th-27th July 2025;
- Week 3 - one x 45min block that will be completed at Caroline Springs organised after the completion of the face to face sessions (practical assessment - teach a 45min class, and final online exam).

PLEASE NOTE: academy is unpaid training.

**Responsibilities: STRONG Classes**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including class scheduling, instructor assignments, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure that studio equipment is well-maintained and in working order at all times.
- Guiding and inspiring the team to achieve shared goals while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, dedication, and integrity. Lead by example in terms of work ethic, commitment to excellence, and adherence to studio policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization to maximize profitability.

**SALES & MARKETING**
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for membership sales. This may include targeted marketing campaigns, community outreach programs, referral programs, and partnerships with local businesses.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on their interest in Pilates, fitness goals, and preferences.
- Implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into paying members.
- Maintain a strong presence in the studio to support employee/member relationships and community.

**COMMUNITY**
- Be the face of STRONG Caroline Springs.
- Maintain a strong presence in the studio to support employee/member relationships and community.
- Continue to build the community culture of STRONG.

- Experience in managing a team and demonstrates advanced leadership skills.
