ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Studio Manager to take the reins of the Agency's creative operations.
This role sits at the heart of our Creative team. You'll run the studio workflows, manage team resourcing, and help ensure our creative output is consistently brilliant – and consistently on track.
You'll work closely with Client Services, Production and Strategy to match every brief with the right people, timeline and tools. You'll champion our systems and spot opportunities to lift speed, quality and flow.
You're someone who thrives on clarity, calm, and collaboration – a natural problem solver with commercial smarts and a passion for getting great creative work out the door, the right way.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Studio Management & Resourcing
Manage the day-to-day operations of the creative studio
Lead resourcing across all creative roles, balancing priorities, timelines and capacity
Champion our internal systems (Monday.com, shared folders) and ensure they're up to date and effective
Track hours, manage timesheet compliance, and support project reconciliation
Team Culture & Rhythm
Champion a collaborative, high-performing studio culture
Facilitate WIPs and team huddles that drive clarity, alignment and momentum
Spot gaps and bottlenecks, then design, document and implement process improvements as required
Collaboration & Delivery
Work with Client Services, Production and Strategy to plan resourcing and respond to project needs
Liaise with freelancers and contractors when extra hands are needed
Spot opportunities to improve workflow and efficiency – and make them happen
Ensure creative is delivered on time, on brief and on budget
ABOUT YOU
3–5 years' experience in a similar role – studio ops, traffic, resourcing, or creative delivery
Experience working within a creative, event, or design agency environment
Strong grasp of creative workflows and how to support them from brief to delivery
Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
A calm, solutions-first mindset and a love for keeping things (and people) moving
Confidence leading meetings, managing priorities and supporting people development
Proficiency in Monday.com, Microsoft 365 suite, and Adobe Creative Suite
Commercial acumen and an understanding of margins, quoting and delivery constraints
