Overview
As Studio Manager, you will be required to take charge and own all aspects of one of our two studios. You will assist our General Manager in leading our ops team and will be the first point of contact for all matters relating to guest care.
You will help maintain and improve the functionality and business processes of the company and handle the daily operations. People are a big part of this role; you'll oversee guest care and engage directly with our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations.
- Oversee/coordinate day-to-day company operations.
- Define and implement operations strategy, structure and processes.
- Train new operations team members.
- Assist with class sign-in and maintain studio cleanliness.
- Lead guest care procedures.
- Manage our inbox, guest comms and leads.
- Support team members to grow in their roles.
- Provide regular performance feedback to our operations team.
- Create and cultivate our workplace culture.
Hours & Benefits
- A typical week will be Monday to Friday. However, we require some flexibility as we operate seven days a week.
- You'll be based in either Collingwood or Northcote.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 1-years of experience in a management role.
- You have an excellent mind for operations and logistics.
- You have a proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management and business practices.
- Experience with Mindbody Online Software and/or sales and marketing is a plus.
- A background in the wellness/fitness industry is not required.

- Excellent oral and written communication; you always keep the lines of communication open.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to set the overall strategy and drive process improvement.
