Enigma Media is looking for talented professionals to join our Newcastle media team.
We are seeking a Senior Media Manager, Media Manager, Performance Media Manager, and Performance Media Director to help lead our teams and media products.
Join a passionate team of 40 media professionals and grow within a thriving agency.
Enigma Media is part of an 80+ staff full-service agency with media, strategy, branding, design, and production all in-house.
Our Newcastle office is Enigma Media HQ, with additional offices in Sydney and Brisbane, maintaining strong connections across Australia's media industry.
Our centralised media teams plan and buy media channels nationally for our diverse client base.

In this role, you will build strong relationships, demonstrating high standards of communication, media knowledge, and client service skills.
We prefer candidates with agency experience eager to develop their skills across traditional and digital media, including strategy, planning, and campaign execution.
Experience in both digital and traditional media, with a solid understanding of digital strategy, is ideal.
You should be able to develop and confidently present media strategies, channel recommendations, measurement frameworks, and key metrics.
From a planning perspective, you should analyze audience behaviors and media consumption to recommend optimal channel mixes.
You will translate these recommendations into actionable media plans for your team to implement and optimize.
Proficiency with media tools such as SpectraMD, Roy Morgan Asteroid, Google Marketing Platform, and Datorama is essential.
You will lead a team managing planning, buying, trafficking, and reporting across TV, outdoor, radio, print, social media, digital display, video, native, and search marketing.
You will oversee daily account and team management, actively participating in campaign execution.
A humble, approachable leadership style and dedication to quality work are important.
