About the Role

As a Media Coordinator, you'll support our media team across campaign planning, buying, reporting, and optimisation. You'll get hands on experience with real campaigns from day one, learning the ropes of within an integrated team of media specialist, from negotiating ad placements to analysing campaign performance.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist in the planning and execution of media campaigns across TV, radio, outdoor, digital, and social platforms

  • Coordinate with media partners, suppliers, and internal teams

  • Help track budgets, placements, and timelines

  • Support in compiling reports and analysing campaign results

  • Stay on top of media trends and contribute fresh ideas

What We're Looking For
  • A passion for media—both traditional and digital

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude

  • Attention to detail and a knack for numbers (basic excel skills are a plus)

  • Critical thinking and a comfort with analytics and using data to inform decisions

  • No prior experience required, but any relevant internship, coursework or exposure to media, marketing, or communications is a bonus
