
Optimisation Strategist

Dyson is a global technology company that solves problems others ignore. As a Digital Optimisation Analyst, you will use leading analytical tools to analyse consumer behaviour on our websites and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
The role involves analysing shopper journeys, providing optimisation insights, conducting A/B testing, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to action improvements.
You will also be responsible for developing mid-term optimisation project plans, executing investigations, and tracking website performance data to provide continuous improvement insights.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyse shopper journeys and find optimisation opportunities using analytic tools
- Provide optimisation insights by investigating Net Promoter Score (NPS) verbatim and managing NPS
- Conduct A/B testing based on findings and evaluate results
- Work collaboratively with creative, UX/UI, and category teams to action optimisations
- Share findings and investigation progress with stakeholders
- Develop mid-term optimisation project plans and execute investigations
- Analyse eComm sales by channel and category, and provide key insights
- Monitor competitors' activities by analysing market share data
- Analyse traffic data by each media and extract key insights
- Keep tracking website performance data and provide continuous improvement insights
- Develop and visualise eComm data dashboards for various business needs
- Organise, consolidate, and monitor all eComm related data and performance
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a high level of desire to learn, be detail-minded and self-motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills. You should also have a strong awareness and understanding of digital trends.
Requirements:
- Entry-level position
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field
- Fluent English skills at a business English level
- Strong analysis capability; Excel / GA / Decibel skills preferred
