**About the role**:
The School is currently seeking Boarding House Tutors for casual, term time positions. The successful applicant must be able to work afternoons, evenings and weekends.

The Glennie School prides itself on the values that are imparted to students and will require the successful applicant to be supportive of the Anglican Ethos and comply with all state and legislative requirements under the operation of an independent school.

**About You**:

- Experience in delivering education content with a commitment to teaching excellence - desirable.
- Ability to differentiate for a diverse group of non-selective students and tutor to the strengths of girls.
- Strong commitment to student wellbeing, interpersonal skills, enabling harmonious and positive relationships.
- Demonstrate excellence in communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- A clear understanding of the needs of students from regional backgrounds.
- Ability to build relationships with a range of students from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Contribute to the safety, health, care and development of boarders while cultivating a nurturing, fun and supportive environment.
- An ideal role model for our boarding students: ethical, reliable, punctual, proactive, well-dressed and groomed.
- Maintain a visible and active presence in the Boarding House when working.
- Familiarity with legal obligations relating to child safety including mandatory reporting requirements.
