About the role:
The School is currently seeking a Weekend Boarding House Supervisor for a full-time term-time position to start in October. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, capable, and responsible person who invests in making a positive difference in the boarding lives of Glennie girls in the nurturing environment of The Glennie School's boarding houses. The role is a Weekend Sleepover Staff Member.
About You:
- You have experience in working with young adolescents in a boarding environment - would be an advantage but not essential.
- Strong administrative skill set to work the Boarder's Reception shift over weekends.
- An ideal role model for our boarding students: confident, empathetic, collaborative, resilient, resourceful, ethical, reliable, punctual, proactive
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and strong attention to detail
- An understanding of the needs of students from regional backgrounds.
- Ability to build relationships with a range of students from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Able to engage and work with a range of stakeholders, particularly young people and their parents.
