**The Opportunity**
- Reporting to the Alliance General Manager, the HR & IR Manager will be assigned to Gippsland Line Upgrade Project, where we are the principal contractor and part of an alliance. Great career exposure for a stakeholder focused HR Manager.

**Key responsibilities include**
- Provide day to day advice and dispute management solutions in line with industrial instruments and fair treatment process.
- Ensure maintenance of up-to date positions descriptions.
- Oversee the mobilisation functions for all projects responsible for and assist mobilisation team where required.
- Manage redeployment process of employees with the NOPs.
- Strategically contribute to workforce planning and oversee the transfer of employees between projects ensuring employee engagement.
- Maintain reporting and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with the Project's State Requirements Target including Social Procurement, Aboriginal Engagement and Priority Job Seeker Targets

**Requirements to be successful**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Discipline or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years' experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated competency in managing the various HR functions of Planning and Recruitment
