First Choice Home Buyers is currently looking for an Acquisitions Sales Agent.
We are seeking a candidate who is passionate, driven, focused, and eager to learn.
This role offers the potential to earn an income exceeding $250,000.
Compensation includes a salary plus commission during a trial period.
*MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE*Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing appointments and follow-ups promptly.
We foster a family-oriented team environment and seek someone who will integrate well with our team.
You can expect to handle 10-15 scheduled appointments per week, arranged by our Lead Manager.Qualifications & Skills:Extensive sales experienceStrong phone skills and ability to connect with diverse individualsSelf-motivated, positive attitude, team playerQuick thinker, able to overcome objectionsAvailable to work Monday through SaturdayHigh desire to succeedAttention to detailStrong work ethicAbility to complete tasks promptlyResponsibilities & Duties:Make follow-up callsBuild rapport with sellersGather information from prospective sellersFollow up until leads are ready to sellCollaborate with the Acquisitions Manager to ensure follow-through with interested sellersJob Details:Full-time, commission-basedExpected Compensation:$80,000 to $150,000 annuallyExperience Required:Minimum 5 years in inside/outside sales (preferred)Location:South Central PAThis Job Is Ideal For Someone Who:Is people-oriented and enjoys interacting and collaboratingIs achievement-driven and embraces challengesCan handle high-pressure situationsIs humble and eager to learn
