Local Property Sales and Management in Browns Plains is excited to present an opportunity for new or experienced leasing agent. As our Leasing agent you will provide first class service to our clients and be responsible for the leasing process from start to end.You will bring high energy, a good attitude and confidence in your skills. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment and exceptional administrative support to the leasing business.

Supporting our Property Management team, this role will allow you to utilise your communication, organisation and relationship management skills on a daily basis.

**Duties**:
Advertising rental properties
Handling leasing enquiries
Open home inspections & private inspections
Rental Property routine inspections

**Requirements**:
Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate is essential
Valid Drivers License
Excellent Customer Service skills & Time Management skills
Be committed to providing an exceptional service to our clients
Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously
Positive attitude
Willingness to participate in ongoing training
Professional Presentation
Work half day on Saturday for open home

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 36 per week

**Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year
