Investeps Property is a team that is driven to deliver results for our clients, offering end-to-end property services. In this role, you will be working directly alongside our Principal, being there each step of the way for our clients throughout their property acquisition journey from the initial strategy session through to settlement and the leasing of any investments.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Real estate registration certificate
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in real estate
  • Proven track record of results and achievements
  • Keen attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the team and assist buyers in finding their dream properties
  • CRM management and Business Development
  • Conduct property inspections (must be available to work Saturdays)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sales agents, and other industry professionals
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values
