Our client is seeking an established, driven and motivated
**Sales Agent** to join their team.

What you have to look forward to is uncapped earning potential, including a competitive bonus and commission structure. **Your duties will include**:

- Client prospecting;
- Gathering market intelligence;
- Social media marketing;
- Develop marketing materials;
- Handling prospective buyer enquiries;
- Networking;
- Database management;
- Listing properties for sale; and
- General administration.

**To succeed in this role you'll have**:

- Previous real estate sales experience;
- Experience in generating prospects;
- A proven history of providing solid results;
- Experience converting leads into clients;
- Exceptional service to clients;
- A current Real Estate License or Registration Certificate;
- A focused, driven and motivated personality;
- High level problem solving skills;
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment;
- Excellent time management skills;
- High level personal presentation;
- Strong communication skills;
- A keen eye for detail;
- Excellent time management and task prioritisation skills;
- A strong work ethic and positive outlook;
- The willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks;
- Have the ability to work well both within a team and autonomously;
- Exceptional follow up skills; and
- A valid driver's licence and vehicle.
