**A bit about the role**:
The Youth Employment and Community Partnerships Manager will oversee and manage the relationships between Youth Projects and its stakeholders, both internal and external. They will lead a team of people responsible for finding job opportunities for young individuals and for promoting the programs and services of Youth Projects to the wider community to attract young people to our programs.

The key goals and outcomes of this role are:

- Increasing the number of clients engaging in programs.
- Increasing the number of employment & education outcomes for our clients.
- Improve our brand and presence in employer and community networks.
- Lead a dedicated team of people towards their individual, team, site and program outcomes.
- Using data & evidence to inform service design, service outcomes, growth & partnerships. Supporting the team to build new programs and seek new growth opportunities.

**A bit about you**:
You are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people and are familiar with the challenges faced by young individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.

You are a s trategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and possess a nalytical skills focusing on data-driven decision-making that enables you to inspire and lead a diverse team to have life - changing impact for young people.

You understand the types of jobs, career aspirations, challenges and supports young people need and want ; you can utilise this information to form external relationships and drive your team to build connections that improve the lives of young people ultimately.
