Employment and Training Leader

This role is designed for a motivated leader who can develop and operate a high-performing team of Transition Coaches, tackling youth disadvantage by supporting young people to address barriers to employment.
The Team Leader Transition to Work will connect the needs of young people aged 15 to 24 with the needs of the local labour market (industries and employers), driving strategies to tackle youth disadvantage and promoting empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a small caseload
- Lead a high-performing team of Transition Coaches
- Develop and implement strategies to tackle youth disadvantage
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational goals
- Diploma level qualification in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, or Career Development
- Driver's License
- Leadership experience within employment and/or community service programs and services
- Experience and understanding of compliance requirements
As the Team Leader Transition to Work, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to tackle youth disadvantage, working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational goals. You'll have the opportunity to drive high-performance teams, promote empowerment, and make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
