Site Operations Manager

As a Site Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as we embark on a major infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of fixed plant equipment.
- Work closely with the Fixed Plant Manager to ensure that all site operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in a similar role on major infrastructure projects of comparable size and complexity.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar level role on a major infrastructure project.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects or other suitable projects.
- Strong fixed plant knowledge and ability to supervise team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Competencies:
- Ability to lead and manage teams.
- Demonstrate initiative and creative problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of civil construction materials and services.
- Local WHS standards and regulations.
- Positive 'can-do' attitude.
